Free School Meals
Could your child be eligible for Free School Meals?
Free School Meals provide children with a healthy, nutritious meal during the school day. Registering can also help the school access additional funding to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
Who is eligible?
Your child may be eligible if you receive certain benefits, including:
- Universal Credit (subject to eligibility criteria)
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Support under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit (subject to eligibility criteria)
