As always, we recognise that the transition from Primary to Secondary School will raise questions and queries along the way. Our partnership together begins with our transition programme, which aims to support you all through the transition process.
Ahead of September 2025, we are hoping to be able to meet with you in person and support you all in whatever way we can.
